'Transform and Inspire' is a unique and life changing journey through the Chakra system, using yoga techniques, meditation and mindfulness practices, ritual and altar work.

We create a community of people who hold space for each other, share together and hold twice monthly circles together under new and full moon. 

We practice together and on our own, looking deep within at the patterns of our conditioning, behaviours and life style choices, and use the deep transformational wisdom of the tantric chakra philosophy to unlock our true potential.

I have run this course many times in person, during Yoga Teacher Training Programmes and during Reiki trainings, as well as a course in its own right. Now I have put together this onlne version to welcome people from all different places and situations. 

I seek always to build community so that we can witness each others journey, be seen and heard on our journeys  and use what we learn individually to help the collective. 

For this reason, under the energy of the new and full moons, we will hold virtual sharing circles. (These will be recorded so if you cannot make them, dont worry, you can catch up on replay)

I offer 5 hours of inspiring and challenging contect each month, including recorded yoga classes and meditaitons for you to practice at home, introduction videos and tutorials on each of the chakras as well as checklists for supplies you might need each month. There are also 90 minute interactive meetings on each  new and full moon  too. (or as close to the moon calendar as possible!)

The idea is that we start at New Moon on the 17th September, with an interactive introduction to each other and the course contents. You can then access the month's material and get going on your journey through the Root Chakra. At full moon, we will then meet up virtually in an accountability session, and I will be available to answer questions and you will have chance to share your month's musings so far. 

Then we continue to the next chakra on new moon on October 16th with an interactive check in and introduction to the second chakra (Sacral)  and then meet again on full moon on 31st. And on it goes like that for 7 months, so we have a whole lunar cycle to work on each of the 7 glirous chakras, from root to crown. (See full dates list below. 

Dont worry if you cannot make the in person meetings! They will be recorded for you and you will have acess to them indefinitely. And I will ALWAYS be on hand to answer any questions or queries during the journey if you cannot ask them in the accountability sessions.

7 recorded Chakra meditations for you to use for your home practice

Videos introducing the concepts of each chakra in turn and the ways we can work with them in our everyday lives.
