My Story
I love to be with people and to show them how to reconnect with their inner teachers. I use tools from yoga, healing and body work as a means to make this happen.

I love to weave yoga philosophy into everything I do and seek to be inservice to humanity as much as I can.
My trainings are designed to be transformative, to build connection and strong community while assisting people to live the best versions of themselves. My work is dedicated to equality and accessibility. I seek a world where we can honour our natural cycles and rhythms and smash the patriarchy.
I currently live between Shanticentre Italy and my home in Bristol with my two long-haired teenage boys and my better half, Rupert Fox.
