About the Event

A series of yoga and myofascial release sessions to combine movement based practices with an exploration of the lines of fascia to help to bring a sense of functional movement and deep relaxation. 

The course will help you learn about your own body and its areas of tension, help you to release tightness and drop onto a deeper state of relaxation as you reset your nervous system to rest and digest at the same time as stimulating more functional movement in your body. 

The classes will be structured as yoga classes, with added mysofascial release techniques with tennis or myofascia release balls to help to release tightness in the overall tension system of the whole body. 

The course will be on zoom and recorded so you can catch up if you miss any sessions. 

We will look at the back of the body, the front of the body, the side lines/spiral lines as well as the arms and legs, in 5 separate sessions. 

You will need 2 tennis or myofascial release balls, ( I recommend Acupoint balls)

a few blankets and one or 2 yoga blocks or substitutes.
