Yoga Retreat at the gorgeous Shanticentre in Italia!!
Join Kerrina in the mornings, on the terrace (weather permitting) for some delicious get up and go flow.
Then join Steph in the yoga womb in the afternoons for her special mix of yin, restorative and Myofascial release...
