About the Event
40 Hour Advanced Training Course for Yoga Teachers, Pilates teachers and Fitness instructors.
This is a must for fascia and anatomy enthusiasts as well as those interested in the intersection between yoga, bodywork and nervous system regulation.
You will be taught how to find and roll big fascial groups as well as smaller areas of myofascial tension and trigger points in order to enable better function of the fascia, increase range of motion, build strength and tensegrity as well as boost immunity and regulate the nervous system.
Learn to offer fantastic self regulation tools to your students, empowering them to discover their own fascial system and take their yoga off their mats.
See how beautifully this method can mix with hatha, yin and restorative yoga, and learn to intelligently sequence MFR techniques into your classes to optimise the state of yoga.

Testimonials:
My sense of fulfillment and satisfaction at the end of the MFR & Anatomy course with Steph of Shanti Centre was immense. I felt held, instructed, nurtured, supported, encouraged throughout and feel like I have gone up a whole new level in terms of my understanding but even more my relationship with anatomy to help instruct and support others through yoga practices. Thank you. Recommend.

Stephanie's Myofascial Release Yoga Teacher training was a wonderful and thorough experience. She took the time to guide us through each area of the body in detail, utilising a variety of techniques that left me feeling confident and prepared to share with others. Not only did the training add transferable practices to my yoga classes providing me with a very unique offering, but also the personal benefits of myofascial release have been invaluable. I highly recommend this training to any yoga teacher looking to deepen their practice, understanding of the body and what they can offer to their students.
