Join me for my lush November weekend at Flear House near Totnes. 

On the menu will be meditation, yoga, intention setting and plenty of Yoga Nidra and deep rest.

A delightful midwinter retreat, to go deep inside, to explore winter's bounty in the countryside, wax lyrical by the fire and turn inwards. 

We have a chance to look back on what we have achieved and manifested during the light times with gratitude and awe. And we will practice cosying up to prepare for a winter of going inside.

 

A time to practice nesting, enjoying beautiful Devon nature and taking some lovely swims in the indoor pool, having massages, making new friends and using the steam room. Also chance to look around Totnes and the beauty of the Devon countryside.

 

Included in your long weekend are:

**ALL meals prepared by our amazing chef Lauren of the Peak District Deli. All food with be vegeatraion and vegan. Please let us know in advance if you have any food requirements and we will try to accommodate if we can. 

**Yoga Classes, meditation sessions and yoga nidra sessions with Stephanie Shanti of Shanticentre Training School

**Luxury shared accommodation in Flear House and Flear cottages

**Umlimited use of indoor pool, steam room and hot tub.

Single accommodation can be arranged at £150 extra, please book in advance so I can book extra accommodation.

All food will be plant based and vegetarian, please let us know of any food allergies.

£470 PLUS £150 if you want to single accommodation.

Retreat finishes after breakfast on Sunday at 10am.
