Join me for a long awaited in person long weekend at Flear House near Totnes. On the menu will be meditation, yoga, intention setting and plenty of Yoga Nidra and deep rest.

A delightful retreat, to go deep inside, to explore the potential of Spring and moving forward from the darkness of winter towards the light of summer. We stay at one with nature,  deep in the countryside, wax lyrical by the fire and look at what seeds we planted in the winter starting to come to light. 

A time to practice nesting and resting, making space in our bodies, minds and hearts, enjoying beautiful Devon nature and taking some lovely swims in the indoor pool, having massages, making new friends and using the steam room. Also chance to look around Totnes and the beauty of the Devon countryside.
