A 3 hour Training on the Nervous System for Yoga Teachers and those in training.
Can be a refresher for 200 hour graduates, or an introduction to the 40 hour full training.
Counts as 3 hours towards our 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
Certificate given on completion.
