Reviews:Â
'Shanticentre’s Indian head course was everything I know and love about learning with Steph. Practical, easy to follow and absorb, thoughtful and a really delightful experience. Expect to come home feeling blissful from all those practical sessions as well as a confident practitioner of this wonderful ancient treatment.'

I had always loved receiving head massage but learning how to do massage takes the experience to a whole new level. I didn’t appreciate just how much goes into it, from all the different techniques, to the different points on the head to the understanding the physiology and holding space for the emotional release that can sometimes accompany it. Steph was a wonderful teacher. She made the theory and the practical enjoyable and easy to relate to. And the bonus? Not only did we learn to do the Indian head massage but we also received plenty of them during the course.
