An online home retreat from my heart to yours. yoga classes, yoga nidra sessions, meditations, pranayama, sharing and listening, plus a philosophy session from our gorgeous Lila Lolling

Are you feeling like you really really wanted the benefits of a yoga retreat this year but were unable to attend?

Do you want to be guided into dream link deep rest, wake up feeling refreshed and ready to reconnect with your motivation?
Do you fancy doing some body, soul and life affirming yoga to create openness, spaciousness and ease in your physical body?
Would you like to learn some tools for dealing with Covid and lockdown related stress, fear and general unease?
Then come hang out with us online for a bit!
Join us for a weekend of yoga, meditation, breathing practice and deep relaxation with a group of friendly folk and a special philosophy session with our amazing Lila Lolling.
This event will take place from Friday 27th November at 7pm and ends at 10am Sunday 29th.
Here is the programme, all events will be recorded so if you miss any you can catch up.
7-9pm: Welcome, Sharing and introduction to the retreat, and full yoga nidra
8-9.30: Yoga Class (all levels)
11-12.30: Meditation session and sharing
3-5pm: Yoga philosophy with Lila Lolling: The anatomy of Stress
6-7.30: Yoga Class (all levels)
8-10am: Joint releasing series, pranayama breathing practies and yoga nidra, and close down of the retreat.
Price for the weekend £100.
