A three day practical training in Foot Reflexology following the completion of an online anatomy and physiology training, certified by The Guild of Holistic Therapists.

Foot Reflexology is a powerfully healing holistic treatment which enables the body's systems to achieve homeostasis through deep relaxation and from clearing toxins from the system. It is a therapy that can be given to people sitting in chairs, or lying on a couch, making it an accessible treatment to those who are less mobile.

This course will teach you:

*how to give a therapeutic and fully relaxing foot massage treatment.

*how the zones of the feet refer to different parts of the body and use different techniques to clear blockages in the system, move energy around the body and break down crystal deposits in the foot.

*how to 'read' feet to learn about what best treatment to give.

*how to massage the client without putting them into healing crisis.

*how to fill in consultation forms and develop treatment plans with your client.
