This is a yoga immersion retreat designed to allow you time and space to dive into the practices of yoga and get fully immersed in them. 

This retreat is open to everyone. 

Daily morning meditations, 

Daily morning hatha yoga classes

Daily pranayama and japa mala practices

Daily yin/restorative and MFR classes

Daily yoga nidra and satsang. 

2 trips out in nature: 1 to the sea and 1 to the foothills of the mountains. 

Chance to really dive into nourishing yoga pracitces, as well as take advantage of the surroundings and use the facilities:

3 meals per day, but one evening out at local restaurant (not included)
