About the Event
This is a chance to focus our yoga practice on the philosophy of the chakra system.
We will use all the tools in our yoga tool box: postures, meditation, breathwork, visualisation, ritual, journaling and yoga nidra to explore the main chakras together in community.
This is a wonderful workshop to take if you are interested in delving deeper into chakra work, or are ready for a chakra refresh.
It's also a great precursor to my 7 month online chakra journey or to the Teacher Training Course or the ATTC Chakra Yoga Immersion.
A 3 hour exploration.
