A 4 day advanced practical training for Body Massage Therapists who are looking to deepen their knowledge and learn new therapeutic tools to give more effective and accurately applied massage. 

This course takes place over 4 Days

9th &10th Jan

16th &17th  Jan

9am-4pm, 1 hour lunch break. 

We will 

*take a deeper dive into the anatomy of the superficial and deeper muscles

*experience self myofascial release techniques to ground in the sensations in our own body

*go over new and effective tools to give deeper massage without causing pain and wear and tear to our own bodies

*look at contraindications of this treatments, and

*look at how to sequence a treatment with both superficial and deep tissue techniques integrated to give a more therapeutic and healing massage treatment. 

You must have a Body Massage Certificate to do this course and at least 6 months experience in the massage field.
