About the Event

This is a 6 week online programme via zoom which gives you a full yoga nidra each week to experience, and a chance to give feedback and ask questions. 

Starts 5th January at 7pm, £50 for the entire course. 

Here is the course schdule: 

We meet up on our first coaching call on zoom on January 5th, from 7 till 8.30. 

I will welcome you all in, introduce you to how the course works, how to access the members area and how you can get the most out of this course. There will be chance to ask questions and share anything you need to. I will also lead you all in a guided live yoga nidra. 

Each week a new yoga nidra plus worksheet will be uploaded onto the members area resources page, for you to try to do as much as possible during the week, and you are invited to journal anything that comes up. I will send an email to let you know when the next nidra has been uploaded. 

We meet again on Tuesday 19th Jan for our second zoom call, during which you are invited to share your impressions so far about the nidras and how they may be affecting you. This is also a chance to ask questions and take part in a guided meditation together. 

Finally at the end of the course on Tuesday 9th February, we meet up again for our final coaching call, where you can again share your experiences of practising nidra for 6 weeks, ask questions and contemplate how you will move forward. We can also share a final guided meditation together. 

Each week we will look at a slightly different nidra practice drawing inspiration from a variety of different traditions including iRest, the Himalayan Institute and Kripalu yoga. 

To get the most out of the course I recommend that you use the audio recordings as many times as you can in between sessions: to help you get to sleep, to help you get back to sleep after waking, to help you have a cat nap or even on rising to move into a very deep meditative state to start your day. 

I will be available during the entire course on whatsapp to answer any questions and be of support should you need me.
