About the Event
This is a 5 week online programme via zoom which gives you a full yoga nidra each week to experience, and a chance to give feedback and ask questions.
Starts 16th July at 8pm, £50 for the entire course.
Each yoga nidra will be recorded and the audio recordings will be sent to your inbox for you to use in the future whenever you want to, or if you cannot make the sessions.
Each week we will look at a slightly different nidra practice drawing inspiration from a variety of different traditions including iRest, the Himalayan Institute and Kripalu yoga.
Make sure you have a restful set up for the sessions: blankets, pillow and whatever you may need to be comfortable. We will start with some general introductions and move to the practice. There will be chance at the beginning and end to ask any questions you may have regarding any of the practices.
To get the most out of the course I recommend that you use the audio recordings as many times as you can in between sessions: to help you get to sleep, to help you get back to sleep after waking, to help you have a cat nap or even on rising to move into a very deep meditative state to start your day.
I will be available during the entire course on whatsapp to answer any questions and be of support should you need me.
