This is a package of 4 online yoga sessions designed to perfectly suit your therapeutic needs as well as your calendar. 

Free recordings after each session and we can work on whatever you want to work on, depending on your needs: 

perhaps you just need to keep your yoga going following a retreat, or perhaps you have a specific issue to address in your body, or would like to use yoga therapeutically to support your health, healing and wellbeing. 

These sessions can also be taken along with family and friends if you would like to share the cost. 

First session includes a full consultation.
