Service Description

A specialised combination of treatments to help with all levels of healing: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This is a private tailor made package consisting of one consultation session, one specialised yoga for cancer class, one recorded meditation session and one yoga nidra. We meet 4 times and you get to keep recordings of the yoga class, the meditation and the nidra to play at home. Please note that even though it says "single session" it is a part of a 4-session package. You will initially schedule the first session online, then the three follow-up sessions will be scheduled directly with Stephanie Shanti. All online on zoom
