On the menu will be meditation, yoga, intention setting and plenty of Yoga Nidra and deep rest.

A delightful retreat, to go deep inside, to explore the potential of winter stillness and moving inwards from from the the light of summer towards the darkness of winter.

We stay at one with nature,  deep in the countryside, wax lyrical by the fire and look at what we need to move forwards in our lives.  

A time to practice nesting and resting, making space in our bodies, minds and hearts, enjoying beautiful Devon nature and taking some lovely swims in the indoor pool, having massages, making new friends and using the steam room. Also chance to look around Totnes and the beauty of the Devon countryside.
