About the Event
Less is more!
This workshop is suitable for all and will be fully accessible for those practicing in chairs, on yoga mats or on the floor.
We will explore the healing power of moving with the breath, simple and gentle movements, slow mindful movements, working into each joint space of the body from toes to head, incorporating breath work and pranayama and finishing with a full guided yoga nidra deep rest practice.
This is a chance to truly nourish, rest, and also to see that sometimes less is most definitely more.
A chance to join in community with all bodies, and move together.
A chance to deeply nourish in the middle of winter.
