About the Event
A 6 week exploration into chair yoga practice.
Each class will include breath work, meditation, joint releasing postures, asana and relaxation.
This is perfect if you want to practice yoga but cannot attend mat based classes right now, or if you are a teacher looking into the options of offering some chair based postures to your students in class.
It helps you to open up to the endless possibilities of adapting yoga to your individual needs and a huge step in finding ways to move your body, however feels good for you.
Sessions will be recorded in case you miss any and want to catch up.
6 weeks online from 1-2pm each Wednesday lunchtime, starting from April 21st, ending 26th May.
