This training takes place online over 5 months.
Weekly online meetings for 90 minutes
Investment: £500: £200 deposit.Â
This is a 30 hour advanced yoga training for yoga teachers, which forms one of the modules of our 300 hour ATTC in accessible yoga and spiritual development but can be taken as a stand alone module.Â
Month 1:
We look at the history and origin of the subtle anatomy system in both the tantra yoga traditions as well as how the modern new age approach to the vibrationary element of the chakras has evolved.Â
